Last week Microsoft has released few new themes for Windows 7 . Continuing with the same trend of updating personalization gallery, Microsoft ahs released another set of 4 themes,  more of the wonderful Taiwanese art themes for Windows 7. These themes, Choobies, Daydream, LotsBears and Nicole Doll are now available for download from the personalization gallery of Windows 7.

ADVERTISEMENTS Looks like Microsoft is inching closer towards finalizing their development tools for Windows Phone 7, announcing that the gold build will be available for devs on September 16 th . This is in preparation of the Windows Phone 7 app marketplace, which will start accepting app submissions in early October. These announcements come straight from the Windows Team Blog, which also provides the following instructions for developers interested in developing for Windows Phone 7: Register at the marketplace today Finish you application or game using the  Beta tools Download the final Windows Phone Developer Tools when they are  released on September 16 th Recompile your app or game using the final tools Have your XAP ready for ingestion into the marketplace in early October when it opens The final tools will likely have some minor breaking changes from the Beta tools, so developers may have to fix some bugs that arise.  The final tools will also include several highly requested Silverlight controls which will make it even easier for developers to deliver high quality Windows Phone 7 experiences.  Also in the September 16 th final release, the panorama, pivot and Bing maps controls will all be available to drop into applications.

Microsoft’s new Mathematics Add-in for Word 2007 and 2010 is a great tool to work with math in Office.  It lets you create beautiful graphs and solve equations without purchasing an expensive math program.  To get started, download the Microsoft Mathematics Add-in ( link below ), and install as normal.  Make sure you’ve exited Word and OneNote before you begin the setup.

Would you like to move your notes from Evernote into MS OneNote?  There’s no direct way to import Evernote files into OneNote, but here’s some tricks that works quite good for moving your notes to your favorite application. Every time we write about note taking tools, several of our readers let us know how much they enjoy using OneNote.  Microsoft seems to have hit a great combination of note taking and organizational tools with OneNote.  We’ve found it to be an very good way to take notes in lectures or brainstorm with colleagues using the OneNote Web App .  If you’ve been using Evernote and would like to get your notes moved to OneNote, there’s unfortunately no way to directly import your notes.  There are several tricks that work quite good, so try these tips out if you’d like to move your Evernote notes to OneNote.

Microsoft [MSFT] has announced that the release date for the Kinect will be November 10 here in the UK. With Xbox arriving on Windows Phone 7 and Kinect going up against not only the dominant Wii, but also Sony’s forthcoming Move in the family gaming market, it’s going to be a critical time for Microsoft’s gaming division. Price wise, the Kinect has been tagged at £129.99
