Adobe has recently changed the minimum requirements for Android devices needed to run Flash 10.1, and it may just effect more than you think.

Toshiba unveiled a 10.1″ WiFi-only tablet today called the Folio 100. It will ship with a custom interface on top of Android 2.2 (with Flash 10.1 support), HDMI-out and a 1.3MP front-facing cam. It will be available in the UK in October, running £329, though a WiFi/3G version will launch later in the year at a higher price point
